Faucher is a meat restaurant and steakhouse on ’t Zuid. Beef, veal and lamb, all 100% grass-fed, and every piece of beef ages in-house for 25 to 45 days.
The meat then goes onto the charcoal grill in the open kitchen, where it is grilled, roasted and smoked.
Ageing
Every cut ages in-house for 25 to 45 days.

On a charcoal selection of eucalyptus, black acacia, beech and oak.

A la minute, relax
Our mocktails, freshly made. From Yuzu garden with white grapes and rhubarb tonic to Mama coco with coconut, mango and maracuja.
Parking
You can park easily in Q-Park Kooldok, directly opposite the restaurant.
Mocktails
At the bar we shake seven mocktails of our own, from Mojito to Yuzu garden. You will find them on our menu.
About timing
We hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes. A small delay can always happen, on your side or on ours. Will you let us know if you are running late? After 15 minutes we may pass your table on. Thank you for your understanding.
Length of the reservation
Our tables are set aside for you for 2 hours as standard, so that everything runs smoothly for every guest.
Children & buggies
Please let us know if children or a buggy are coming along. Children count towards the total number of people.
Desserts
We work with our own home-made desserts, which is why it is not possible to bring your own cake.
How many guests can I book for?
Monday to Thursday we are happy to welcome you with up to 10 guests, outside school holidays. Friday to Sunday and during school holidays: up to 6 guests. Children count as guests.
