Three cuts of wagyu from Margaret River

Before you order the wagyu

Australian wagyu from Margaret River
Our wagyu comes from Margaret River, in Western Australia. The menu describes it like this: “Full of flavour, the highest marbling and butter-tender, a special selection for Faucher.” You will find it there as picanha, bavette and tomahawk.
Picanha or bavette?
Both come to your plate as a 220 gram steak: the picanha for €59, the bavette for €55. For two, there is the tomahawk.
The tomahawk, for two
The wagyu tomahawk is a 1.1 kilo cut on the bone, for two people. As with every cut for two, we charge per person: €149. So you know beforehand what will be on the bill, and nobody has to do sums at the table.
What comes with your steak
With every main course you pick one cold sauce, a mayonnaise for example. Warm sauces such as chimichurri or the mushroom sauce cost €2.50. Sides, from fries to sweet potato and seasonal vegetables, are ordered on top, from €4 to €6.50.
What guests write

Amazing experience highly recommend, if you want a good steak & amazing quality mocktails this is the place to be” (marilia s., November 2025) And on the wagyu, in Dutch: “De wagyu is een absolute aanrader, perfect bereid, en ook de lamsentrecote valt op door zijn verfijnde, licht rokerige smaak.” (Zeyneb A., April 2026)
